CD200IQ clips and unclips up to 20 sleepers per minute, 2 clips per cycle, and is efficiently operated by a single operator. The modular construction allows easy handling during setup and dismantling, as well as when switching between tools for Fastclip and E-clip. The intelligent control system assists the operator in performing the work safely and efficiently, with the ability to switch between functions. The system also provides information on working hours and the number of cycles completed for clipping/unclipping. The built-in sleeper lifting function enables the lifting of low-lying sleepers up to 50 mm.
