Description
CD300 IQ clips/unclips up to 40 sleepers per minute and is developed with a focus on high productivity in the fastening and unfastening of Pandrol Fastclip FC and FE. CD300 EC is specifically designed for fastening and unfastening e-clip.
CD300 is an advanced version based on the proven technology used for CD400. The tools fold up during transport, minimizing the risk of collision with the shoulder when passing through switches and joints.
The intelligent control system logs the number of work cycles, monitors, and controls the entire fastening/unfastening cycle. The machine operator controls CD300IQ via the display and maneuvers it using the joystick. The display also provides information about the machine's status.
Both CD300IQ and CD300EC are easy to set up on the track and adjust to fit the rail height. Guide rollers ensure that the tool is centered over the rail. The low weight makes CD300 ideal for carrier machines from 6 tons and above.
